Kinderland Preschool @ Bonavista Caring class went on a field trip to Bandung, West Java, from 5-7 February. The graduating class was thrilled to go on this parent-child bonding trip, together with their classmates, which blended culture, sightseeing, and fun-filled activities.
A high-speed train ride on Whoosh, kicked off an adventurous trip! Upon arriving at Padalarang Station, everyone hopped onto a big bus to ‘The Nice Park’, where the children enjoyed meeting the animals and played in the park. The journey continued to a strawberry farm, where the children picked fresh strawberries, planted seedlings, and learned to make strawberry jam sandwiches.

Parents and children participated in interactive sessions, playing the angklung! The children eagerly learned the Sundanese phrases “Wilujeng Sumping” and “Hatur Nuhun”, meaning “Welcome” and “Thank you.” The rhythmic melodies played by the children and their parents transported everyone into the heart of Sundanese culture.
