Kinderland advocates the importance of music which contributes to the holistic development of a child through language and literacy, physical development, social and emotional development and cognitive development. Our signature Children’s Music Programme provides children with the opportunity to play the keyboard, while enjoying the learning process of an early foundation in music.
To allow parents to witness the benefit of CMP, Kinderland Preschool @ Pulomas organised a special observation day for the kindergarteners’ parents. Parents sat with their child to understand how their children have progressed and what they have learnt during the term. The observation day begin with Music Time song and continued with music notation reading where children identified different symbols and notes. At the end of the observation day, children presented an ensemble, playing ‘Lightly Row’ and ‘Black Key Dance’, with each parent given an instrument to play together with their child.

Learning music in Kinderland goes beyond singing songs and playing instruments; it also enhances memory, ability to read patterns that builds mathematical foundation and introduces social awareness through team coordination. These critical areas help boost the cognitive, social, and emotional growth in our children’s crucial growing period.

I am glad to be able to see how the teacher run the music class during CMP observation, it was fun and informative. Most importantly the children, they enjoy the class very much.
