On 30 October 2024, Kinderland Preschool @ Pakubuwono celebrated Book Day, a special occasion that promotes a love for reading and literacy among all ages. It offered a chance to explore new stories, share beloved books, and inspire a love for reading. At Kinderland, we went beyond celebrating books; we celebrated a gateway to imagination, creativity, and continuous learning.

Recognizing the importance of early years in shaping a child’s language skills, our classrooms became wonderlands of stories and activities designed to spark children’s curiosity and foster communication. Through books, our students embarked on an imaginative journey with puppet shows, role-playing, and even a fashion parade where children dressed as their favourite characters, enhancing their literacy skills through interesting engagement.

This celebration was extended to parents and caregivers, reminding them of the importance of fostering a love for reading at home. Our Book Day was a joyful and successful event, reminding children and families the lifelong journey of exploration begins in the early years. Together, we nurture the seeds of imagination, knowledge, and boundless possibility for the future.
